Mandy is the founding member of Team Studio Galactica and has been working hard behind the chair and in the community since 2001.
When she isn't cutting and coloring her lovely clients hair, or taking care of business, Mandy has been spotted wandering in the forest with her camera, on the shores of our beautiful beaches and participating in guerrilla style nature beautification at our local parks. (Look out, litter! Mandy tries to leave everything a little better than she found it.) She has the heart of an artist and is inspired by the natural wonder and beauty that surrounds us here in the Pacific Northwest.
Mandy is currently serving a dreamy, diverse clientele and is unfortunately not accepting new clients at this time.
It was over 8 years ago that she got her start in professional hair do'ing at the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy right here in Bellingham, Washington. Still loving every day in the salon, it is at Studio Galactica that she puts maximum effort into making sure that every one of her clients feels at ease, and that they are in caring hands. She wants every client to feel at home and have a laugh during their time together, while she focuses on giving a beautiful color and a great cut. Whether it's something super fun (like tons of texture, or vivid colors) or something soft and flattering with lots of body and movement, Shae is calculated and unafraid of all hair types and thicknesses.
Outside of the salon, Shae can be fond somewhere in the high alpin, whether it is mountain biking, dirt biking, skiing or exploring the raw forest. Afterwards, she loves to wind down with Netflix, gaming and all things culinary.

Kimberly RossBon Jovi Fan
Kimberly is a playful soul. She has a particular love for sci fi movies, 80's music, performance art and the great outdoors. When not at work, you might find her on stage at the Idiom Theater. Kimberly was educated at Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy where she earned special accolades for her graduation ceremony stand-up comedy routine. She is the kind of stylist all people can come to. Kimberly loves big curly hair, perhaps due to the "grass in greener" principle (she has an intimate relationship with fine, straight hair). She has fun with event up-do's, natural highlighting, edgy cuts, fashion colors, and is theonly stylist in the salon to offer perm services. Kimberly likes her job.
Kimberly's second favorite song lyric: "She eats like she got a hole in her neck, and I'm the one who always gets stuck with the check." - Girls Just Wanna Have Lunch, Weird Al Yankovic.
